Maria is a presenter and international keynote speaker, having spoken in many countries, a Harvard Business Review author and the co-author of the books Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter and Customer Experiences with Soul: A New Era in Design, both published in the United Kingdom. She is also the co-author of two books on strategy, Strategy Management: Experiences and Lessons from Brazilian Companies and The Strategy Activist, and a founding member of the Deep Tech Network, São Paulo
